If they bother me or print one thing out of context I’d sue the hell out of
them & get an injunction against the newspapers & tv. network. I’d sue
Tennis Australia and anyone else who slanders & libels. The whole thing is
a lie. Australian family services investigated & found no evidence of Damir
ever abusing his daughter. Drunken washed up tennis has beens persecuting
that man. He should sue them into bankruptcy. Jelena has chosen to sell
them her soul write about her adult life–not dad.

Thats a bit of a bias reaction…. “Someone “normal” would keep a stock of
guns, ammunition and a “BOMB”” You’re under a gov with strict gun laws..
Other countries allow citizens to have guns and does encourage it.. I admit
that dude isnt stable 😛 but making a grose statement like no one stable
owns a gun.. is a bit of a slap in the face to decent citizens that own
guns.. by the way im australian.. hes an abusive father, as well as a
violent man.. he deserves what he got..

Seems a couple of losers inside tennis Australia is jealous of Damir Dokic.
Jelena had no business going back to that cesspool of tabloid muckraking &
yellow journalism making herself a target. The father wants nothing to do
with them & has another life. Why didn’t Jelena just play for Monaco where
she was living? Those Aussie had beaten her father more than once & libels
him. I’d leave too they’re jealous trying to ruin his business. Damir has
turned his back on the tennis world rightfully.

Fair point, and we do have diff laws after port arthur. Yeh sure acouple of
guns is not a crime but the guy had seven hunting rifles, Beretta pistols,
and ammo. It could mean he is a huge gun enthusiast. However the guy also
had two bombs in the house. Now that is a great concern, what would be the
basis for keeping two bombs in their house.

Not against the law to have weapons on your property. No ambassador ever
pressed charges, never made a statement, never appeared in court. The man
was released its was a trumped up article. Awful that a person can be
jailed in Serbia for an overseas newspaper article which is distorted out
of context & sensationalized to sell papers. Jelena didn’t appear upset at
all. Damir Doikic was persecuted by Australia. The man runs a successful
business. He left Australia. Its all lies.

they said he had all the permits for weapons (except 2 bombs) but the
report forgot to mention it lol also its not illegal to possess weapons in
Serbia. However he is crazy, but s*** from media we hear is 100 times

Stupid, jailbird Australians they are a vulgar nation trying to look down
their noses at these Eastern Europeans. When they are the refuse, rejects &
dregs of Europe. So nauseating how they act. What has Jelena Dokic achieved
in the 7 years of crawling, groveling & making a national spectacle of
herself for Australians? They haven’t helped her tennis at all she’s losing
everything. They hate Damir because he knew more about tennis than they do.

yeah i understand its not illegal, i think the impact of the story is more
so how much weapons he had, while being very violent in nature… But yeah,
